Create an Auction:
In order to create an Auction, a members needs to login using his Username and Password.
From the Auction Options section in Membership home page, the members needs to click on “Create an Auction”. The “Add Your Auction” page appears. Since members are allowed Blind bids only, the member will need to click on “Auction Type… Blind Bid” radio button.
In “Auction Details” section, in the page that appears the member needs to fill in the form with required fields and press the “Continue” button.
After reviewing the information he provided in the form, click on the “Finish” button to post the Auction. To change any information in the form, click on the “Back” button.
How can I browse the categories:
One can browse the categories from the home page, where the list of
category sub category are listed at the left pane.
How can I bid an auction:
To bid for an auction, a member needs to first sign in to the site using his username and password. Once logged in click on “Auction Home” menu in the left menu items.
Click on the Auction Category of your choice. From the list that appears, click on the item that you want to bid in to view its details.
In the “Auction Details” page that appears, scroll down to the “Bidding” section and type your bid amount in the “Your Bid” textbox, can click on “Place Bid” button.
Review your bid amount in the page that appears. To complete placing your bid, click on “Place Bid” button. If you want to change your bid amount, click on “Cancel” button.
What does it cost:
There are no submission fees just a 3% sales fee if your reserve price is met.
Do I have to sell once my auction is over:
If your reserve price has been met then you are under contract to sell according to the terms of your auction.
What if the high bidder does not pay:
If the high bidder fails to pay according to the terms of the auction we will reserve the right to block them from any future auctions. You can then contact the second place bidder and sell to them.
What if an item is misrepresented:
It is very important that sellers accurately represent what they are selling. If an item is misrepresented the buyer can leave negative feedback about the seller which will influence bid prices in future. It is important that all questions are asked BEFORE you bid.
How fast do I get paid:
If your reserve price has been met the buyer must pay according to the terms of your auction. All transactions are handled direct between buyer and seller. TotalBoss.com/Auctions does not get involved in the transaction. TotalBoss.com/Auctions only provides an auction service.
